--Some words on the background for the festival--
The intentions of this mini-festival is to break down the musical borders between Copenhagen and Malmö, and at the same time help out some one who are breaking down borders between nations. A big part of the earnings from this festival will go to the swedish group Asylgruppen. Their work includes helping immigrants with for instance apartments and legal help. Asylgruppen will be at the festival with an infostand.

Change of venue, the 24th FEB

Ever since Utkantens eviction in March last year, it's been a hell of a lot of trouble with trying to put up gigs in Malmö. We found a couple of nice folks at a pizza joint who were willing to have the shows in their basement. But now they've maybe received too many complaints and stopped doing that for some reason.

Because of that, the gig with Kylmä Sota and Infernöh has been move to a new venue out by the trainstation. Stapelbädden. The only sad part is that it had to be run as a membership gig. It's alright to bring your own alcohol. But to get in you have to send your NAME, SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER & ADRESS to framework(a)skitsystem.net. (The information will NOT be forwarded to anyone).

NO BORDERS FEST//KBH

So it's been decided. We're playing the NO BORDERS FEST at Ungdomshuset in Copenhagen the 10th of March. It's a solidarity festival with no borders groups in Malmö, as well as a collaboration with Ungdomshuset and the anarchopunk collective Maskineriet (malmö). It's going to be two crazy days filled with punk, politics and breaking the borders.

KRIGET ÄR HÄR

For all of you who's been wondering as well as you who haven't. We have been rehearsing a lot and have since this Sunday recorded five amazing steamroller d-beats, at Studio Bengt with our dear friend Mattias, for an upcoming demo (more info on that soon). We've also pulled off our first gig in a long while, (second in total) AND with Andreas on guitar at that. What a blast! Thanks goes out to all the people who showed up and Bittra Miner who was heading home from their tour in Germany but stopped by Malmö for a show.

As you might have noticed, we've started this blog as well since we didn't find our previous Myspace working as well as we wanted it to; and fuck Murdoch anyway!
